My story starter writing

The map was clear:this is where he would find it.He just hadn't expected that he’d have to get wet. Reluctantly, he swam out to the concrete circle. He looked down into it but couldn’t see the bottom. He sighed took a deep breath and dove in.

The water was for some reason amazingly warm but gooey and thick; like swimming in melting butter, not that he had ever done that of course. It was dark and murky with bits of… actually he didn’t know what it was. The thought of not knowing made him feel sick, all he knew was that when they brushed past his face sudden chills got sent down his spine.

Pressure was starting to build, if he didn’t find what he was looking for soon he would have to turn back not to mention the fact that he needed air. “No he thought it’s too late to turn back now. I need it.”  He kept swimming until he knew he had to turn back. He tried to turn around but the water stopped him. “ NO! I need air!” He yells. “Wait…” “Oh my god I can breath!” “ This must be what the map wanted me to find!” “But I can’t leave.” “Hmmm…”

“Hi.” “I’m Jason.” The adventurer turns around startled but says nothing. Jason managed to sneak up on the adventurer while he was panicking. “You can join my kingdom if you wish.” Jason continues. “I can not leave either.” The adventurer finally finds his voice.“Uhhh… OK.” “Follow me” Jason says. Jason swims away and the adventurer follows. He has no problem following any more so he swims towards a tiny light that he did not see before. Together they squeeze through the hole that leads to his underwater kingdom.
